What Is MMH?
We are MMH Men’s Mental Health CIC, a UK-based non-profit dedicated to helping men find support in ways that feel right for them.
MMH Statement Apparel is the official funding arm behind our mission. Through every product sold, we fund our signposting platform, mens-mental-health.co.uk, which connects men to external support—no pressure, no judgment, just options that work for them.
We don’t offer therapy. We don’t provide crisis services. What we do is signpost—clearly, compassionately, and with purpose.
Why We Exist
Because we’ve been there. Because too many men still are.
MMH was born from lived experience—scrolling through a phone, feeling lost, ashamed, and unsure where to turn. That feeling of silence. Of believing no one would listen. Of thinking you had to “man up” when what you really needed was to speak up.
Our founder faced addiction, grief, homelessness, and mental illness. But he also discovered that support is out there—you just have to know where to look. MMH was created to be the platform that wasn’t there at the time. The one that makes finding help easier, and shame less powerful.
The Origins of MMH
It started with one message:
Don’t Man Up. Speak Up.
That first T-shirt wasn’t about making money. It was about hope—putting a message into the world that might reach someone at the right moment.
From that one design, MMH grew into a platform and a movement—spreading awareness, creating conversation, and building a place where men could find the support they deserve.
As the mission grew, so did the vision. MMH Statement Apparel was launched to fund the platform, sustain the work, and amplify the message through quality, purpose-led clothing.
Every hoodie. Every tee. Every conversation started—it’s all part of the story.
How MMH Helps
We don’t give advice. We don’t replace professional support. What we do is help men find it—their way.
