Let’s Make It Right. We’re a small, mission-driven team — not a nameless mega-corp. We want you to feel good in your gear. If something went wrong, whether it’s a print issue or a change of heart, here’s exactly how we fix it.
If We Messed Up (Defects)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong size or colour due to our error, that’s on us. We’ll fix it immediately.
- The Fix: We’ll send a free replacement ASAP. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund.
- The Cost: £0.00 / $0.00. We cover all costs.
- The Deadline: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- What We Need: A clear photo of the issue and your order number. In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back.
If You Change Your Mind
Ordered the wrong size? Colour doesn’t vibe? No problem. We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. Because every item is made to order, you have two refund options:
- Option A: Instant Store Credit (Recommended) The fastest way to swap your gear. Once we receive your return, we’ll email you a credit code so you can reorder the right size straight away.
- Option B: Refund to Original Payment Method We process the refund back to your original payment method. Note: Banks typically take 5–10 business days to return funds after we release the refund.
Important: For “change of mind” returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We refund the full item price, but original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return Requirements
To keep returns fair and sustainable, the following conditions apply:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Shipping: Returns must be sent using tracked shipping. If a return is lost in transit, we’re unable to issue a refund.
- Estimated Cost: Tracked return shipping typically costs £4–£10 (UK) or $10–$20 (US), depending on weight.
The Sustainability Check
Why do you pay return shipping? Traditional fashion brands build the cost of returns into their prices, encouraging people to buy multiple sizes and send most of them back. That creates unnecessary waste and carbon emissions.
As a print-on-demand brand, we make every item specifically for you. By asking customers to cover return shipping, we keep prices fair and ensure every return is intentional. It’s better for the planet — and better for the mission.
