Statement T-Shirts Built to Be Worn

A statement T-shirt uses words, typography or artwork as a central part of the design. MMH T-shirts range from stripped-back chest statements to bold front graphics and full back prints. They are designed as clothing first: purposeful, wearable and made to work as part of an outfit.

Fit varies across the range. Some T-shirts use a classic regular fit, while others have a more fitted, relaxed, heavyweight or retail-style shape. Always check the measurements and fit information on the individual product page before ordering.

Many MMH T-shirts are available across an extended size range, with selected garments running from S to 5XL. Exact sizes vary by garment, colour and design, so the available options shown on each product page are the ones currently offered.

Measure a T-shirt you already own while it is laid flat, then compare it with the measurements shown on the relevant product page or our T-shirt size guides. Do not assume that the same labelled size will fit identically across every garment range.

Fabric composition varies by garment. Most solid-colour T-shirts use cotton, while some heather shades include a cotton and polyester blend. Selected ranges also use organic cotton or recycled materials. The exact fabric, garment weight and construction are listed on every product page.

We use DTG or DTF printing depending on the artwork, fabric and garment colour. The print method is chosen to keep lines clean, colours strong and smaller details clear.

Wash your T-shirt inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Avoid bleach, tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry, and do not iron directly over the printed design.

Yes. Your T-shirt enters production after your order is placed rather than being taken from a warehouse of pre-printed stock. This helps reduce unnecessary overproduction, although it means a short production period is needed before dispatch.

Production usually takes around 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option, destination and local carrier. You will receive tracking information when it becomes available.

Yes. Standard shipping is included with every order. Paid Economy and Express options may also be available at checkout, depending on the destination and products ordered.

Yes. MMH ships to customers worldwide, although available delivery services and estimated times vary by country.

Orders are fulfilled through a global production network. Where possible, production is routed closer to the delivery address to reduce unnecessary transport distances and improve delivery efficiency.

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been produced and handed to the delivery carrier.

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days.

• Damaged, defective or incorrectly printed items: We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
• Incorrect size or change of mind: Returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs because each garment is made to order.

Contact us within seven days of delivery using our online return form. Include a clear photograph and a brief description of the problem so we can review it with our production partner and put it right.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Return the original item within 30 days for a refund of the eligible product cost, then place a new order in the required size. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna where available. The payment options shown at checkout may vary by device and location.

Yes. The MMH website uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing through Stripe. MMH does not store your full card details.

MMH Statement Apparel is operated by MMH Clothing Ltd, Company No. 17009746. It is a separate company that helps fund the wider MMH ecosystem, including MMH Men’s Mental Health CIC, Company No. 16112494.

Profits help sustain the wider MMH ecosystem, including the information and signposting platform, and enable donations to good causes. You are also buying a purpose-led garment designed to carry a message beyond the product itself.

No. MMH Apparel is a clothing brand and does not provide counselling, treatment, crisis intervention or direct support. The wider MMH platform provides information and signposting to external groups, charities and services through mens-mental-health.co.uk.
