About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you access mmh.clothing or purchase from MMH Clothing Ltd.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Products and Made-to-Order Production

Our garments are made to order rather than held as excess finished stock. Production normally begins after payment has been confirmed.

Choosing a standard garment, size, colour or design does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Product images may include digital mockups. Colours, print placement and scale may vary slightly between images and the finished garment because of differences in screens, garment sizes and production processes.

These reasonable variations do not affect your rights where an item is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise not of satisfactory quality.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket under these terms.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept and begin processing your order.

Please check your order details, selected variations and delivery address carefully before completing payment.

If we cannot fulfil an order because of availability, a pricing error, suspected fraud or another reasonable operational issue, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

Cancelling an Order

If you contact us quickly after ordering, we will try to stop production or dispatch. Because production can begin soon after payment, this may not always be possible.

If we cannot stop an order before dispatch, this does not affect your statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase.

For most items bought online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel at any time from placing the order until 14 days after receiving it. You do not need to provide a reason.

You may cancel by emailing us, contacting us through the website or completing our returns form. Any clear statement confirming your decision to cancel is sufficient.

After notifying us within the statutory cancellation period, you must return the item within the following 14 days.

In addition to your statutory rights, MMH accepts eligible change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery under our voluntary returns policy.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns:

• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
• Please obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service where possible.
• You may inspect or try on the garment as you would in a shop.
• The garment must not be worn beyond trying it on, washed, altered or damaged.
• We may reduce the refund where handling beyond what was reasonably necessary has reduced the item’s value, where permitted by law.
• Please wait for our return instructions before sending the item.

We will refund the item price to the original payment method.

Our standard delivery service is free, so there is no standard delivery charge to add to the refund. If you paid for an upgraded delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard service unless the law requires otherwise.

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the funds after we release the refund.

International Orders

Orders may be produced in a different country depending on stock, capacity and the delivery destination.

Customs duties, import taxes or local charges may be payable by the recipient where they were not included at checkout. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our control.

Acceptable Use

You must use this website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its operation, security or availability.

You may not use our website, branding, slogans or products for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, hateful or harassing purposes.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, misuse or unlawful activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
