Our Purpose.
MMH Statement Apparel is the independent funding partner for MMH Men’s Mental Health CIC—a registered Community Interest Company.
Merchandise sales provide the essential funding to raise awareness and sustain our national signposting platform, mens-mental-health.co.uk.
We do not provide counselling, clinical support, or medical advice. Our mission is to signpost—clearly and compassionately—to external professional services.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations.
- Policy Applicability: Our full policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges is outlined on our dedicated Refunds & Returns Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms laid out in that policy.
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Refund/Replacement Conditions:
- Seller Error: If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the full cost of replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.
- Sustainability & Responsibility: We accept returns for non-defective items (such as wrong size or change of mind) within 30 days. Because we print every item specifically for you to reduce waste, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: Since all products are Made to Order to eliminate overproduction, we can only accept cancellation requests submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
Order Fulfilment.
All products are Made to Order and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner.
While they are responsible for the physical production and delivery of your gear, they are not responsible for customer service, website operation, or legal compliance.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are created specifically for you to reduce fast-fashion waste. This allows us to focus on purposeful production rather than stockpiling inventory.
Payment & Processing
- Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
- Orders are held until full payment is received and cleared.
- Production begins only after Stripe confirms the transaction.

Final costs, including shipping and tax (if applicable), are shown at checkout.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our platform at our discretion — particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse.

You agree to use this website and any purchased products for lawful purposes only, in accordance with all applicable UK and international laws.
You may not use our platform, slogans, or products in any way that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
Our apparel is designed to spark compassionate conversation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone using our brand to promote hate speech, harassment, or any narrative that contradicts our mission of supporting men's mental health.

All content, designs, logos, and branding featured on this website—including the “Don’t Man Up. Speak Up.” slogan—are the property of their respective owners and used under license.
