Our Purpose

MMH Men’s Mental Health operates as a Community Interest Company (CIC).
Merchandise sales support our mission to raise awareness and sustain platforms like mens-mental-health.co.uk.
We do not provide counselling, clinical support, or medical advice.

Order Fulfilment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner. They are responsible for production and delivery — but not for customer service, website operation, or legal compliance.

Payment & Processing

  • Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
  • Orders are held until full payment is received and cleared.
  • Production begins only after Stripe confirms the transaction.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  1. Policy Applicability: Our full policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges is outlined on our dedicated Refunds & Returns Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms laid out in that policy.
  2. Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. Refund/Replacement Conditions:
    • Seller Error: If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the full cost of replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.
    • Buyer Remorse (Size/Change of Mind): We accept returns for non-defective items (such as wrong size ordered or change of mind) within the 30-day window. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to our facility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Cancellations: Since all products are made to order, we can only accept cancellation requests submitted within 1 hour of placing the order, before production begins.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our platform at our discretion — particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse.
