Our products are printed and shipped by trusted global partners to support faster delivery and lower environmental impact. Orders are routed to the closest fulfilment centre available.

Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Products & Sizing.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Please check the guide carefully—customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the wrong size is ordered.
Are your products true to size?
Generally, yes—but fit can vary slightly by garment style (for example, classic fit vs. slim fit). Always check the size guide on each product page.
What are your products made of?
We offer high-quality, comfortable apparel with eco-conscious options available. Many items are made from organic cotton or responsibly sourced materials (see each product page for the exact blend).

Yes. We work with fulfilment partners who prioritise ethical production and environmental responsibility.
Returns & Replacements.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window.
- Faulty or damaged items: We’ll cover a replacement or refund.
- Size issues or change of mind: Returns are accepted, and customers cover return shipping costs due to made-to-order production.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery via our online return form and include a clear photo plus a brief description so we can resolve it quickly with our production partner.
Can I exchange a size?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the item within 30 days for a refund of the product cost, then place a new order in the correct size. Customers cover return shipping costs.
Payments & Security.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and Stripe’s secure payment gateway to help keep your information safe. We do not store credit card details.

Where do profits go?
Profits from every purchase help sustain the signposting platform and support outreach and good causes. We’re here to amplify the message—not to profit from it.
Do you provide mental health support?
No. We don’t offer direct support. We signpost men to trusted groups, charities, and online services via our main platform: mens-mental-health.co.uk.
