Refunds & Replacements

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we now accept returns! We want you to be happy with your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns.

As a mission-driven business focused on reducing waste (all products are made to order), we handle returns in two ways:

Our Mistake (Faulty/Damaged): We cover the replacement or refund cost, no problem!
Customer Mistake (Size/Change of Mind): We accept the return, but we ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We’ve got you covered! If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

To process this quickly, please use our online return form to notify us within 7 days of delivery. You must include a clear photo and a brief description of the issue so we can sort things out immediately with our production partner.

Can I exchange a size?

Yes, you can! While we don’t offer free size exchanges (since each item is printed just for you, which helps us minimize waste), we now accept returns for size issues within 30 days of delivery.

You can return the item for a refund (product cost only) and then simply place a new order for the correct size. We just ask that you cover the return shipping costs, as this supports our green mission! Please check our Sizing Guides first to save on shipping fees!
