“Don’t bottle it up” is easy to say, but hard to do. This design takes that familiar advice and visualises the alternative: the cracks that appear when you try to hold everything in. It represents the unspoken thoughts and the weight of silence.
The illustration is clear, balanced, and printed in bold black on lighter hues. It’s not aggressive; it’s just honest. It serves as a prompt—for you and for the people who see you wearing it—that expression is better than suppression.
