Supporting Bottled Up Blokes CIC.
As part of our Men’s Health Awareness Month commitment, we’re sharing a small but important update on where November’s MMH Merch proceeds have gone.
A Small Donation, Still Meaningful.
While the amount raised from November sales wasn’t as much as we’d hoped for, we’re proud to say we’ve donated to Bottled Up Blokes CIC — a grassroots, volunteer-led men’s group doing vital work in their local community.
These groups operate on tight budgets, often relying on goodwill, volunteers, and small donations. Even modest contributions help cover essentials and keep sessions running.

As part of this donation, we supported Bottled Up Blokes CIC via Buy Me a Coffee. If you’d like to support them directly, you can do so here: Buy Bottled Up Blokes CIC a coffee.
Turning Awareness Into Ongoing Support.
To help keep this support going, we’ve also designed the Don’t Bottle It Up T-Shirt. From the sales of this tee, we’ll continue buying coffees for men’s groups like Bottled Up Blokes CIC.

Why This Matters.
MMH Men’s Mental Health CIC doesn’t provide direct support services. Our role is to signpost, raise awareness, and help grassroots groups reach more men. Merchandise sales help sustain this platform and allow us to give back where we can.
Thank you to everyone who ordered, shared, or supported MMH Merch in November. Small actions still create real impact.
Just grabbed 5 coffees for Bottled Up Blokes CIC on @buymeacoffee ☕️

Part of our Men’s Health Awareness Month pledge — not Ricky Gervais levels of generosity, but hopefully enough to keep the biscuit tin stocked for the Big Dogs up north.
